Located in view of Lake Sinclair, just off historic Highway 441 North in Milledgeville, family and friends will be able to enjoy an inviting barn atmosphere without worrying about a long drive to the countryside. The Perfect Venue for your Special Event
Simply Southern Barn features two – 2,800 sq. ft. climate-controlled event spaces that can fit up to 250 guests if utilizing both event spaces as one, or a maximum of 150 guests if spaces are used separately (both wedding and reception indoors).
Handicapped Friendly
Our facility includes handicapped parking and restrooms for guests in order to make it easily accessible for everyone!
Private Suites
Roomy and comfortable private suites for the bride and groom and their parties with well-lit dressing areas and restrooms.
Manageable Event Space
The event stage is movable so YOU can decide how to arrange the space, along with tables and chairs to seat 300 guests (30 round tables that seat 8 each).
Catering and Warming Kitchen
Our catering and warming kitchen includes a commercial refrigerator, sink, food prep counter and warming oven.
